Are there any hidden "Booking Fees" at the end?
No. Farebook prides itself on Transparent Pricing. The price you see on the results page includes all mandatory taxes. Optional add-ons, like extra baggage or seat selection, are clearly itemized before you hit "Pay.
My payment was deducted, but I didn't get a confirmation. What should I do?
Don't panic! This occasionally happens if there is a sync delay between the bank and the airline. If you haven't received an email within 30 minutes, contact our 24/7 Support Team with your payment screenshot, and we will manually issue your ticket.
What if I miss my flight?
Contact the Farebook Emergency Line (available 24/7) immediately. Depending on your fare type, we may be able to put you on the "Standby" list for the next available flight for a small change fee, rather than you having to buy a whole new ticket.

Does Farebook check if I need a Visa?
While we provide a "Visa Quick-Check" link on your confirmation page, it is the passenger's responsibility to ensure they have the correct travel documents. We recommend checking the official embassy website of your destination.
Does Farebook offer "Airport Transfers" or "Car Rentals" too?
Yes! Once your flight is confirmed, check your Trip Dashboard. We suggest the best transport options based on your arrival terminal and hotel location, allowing you to add a shuttle or rental car with one click.
Can I book a flexible flight ticket?
We understand how important it is to have flexible holiday plans. Sometimes, you can pay an extra fee for an amendable airline ticket, so look out for this option as you book. You can also look for hotels and car hire options with free cancellation, so you can book now and amend or even cancel later if you need to.
How do I check in for my flight?
You can check in online via the airline’s website or app using your PNR (booking reference) 24 hours before departure. This allows you to download your boarding pass and skip the lines at the airport.
